Meet Rules:	SNC Warm-up procedures will be in effect at this meet
Awards:	Ribbons will be awarded for 1st – 6th in all events. Heat ribbons will also be awarded.
Officials:	Please return the officials request form by entry deadline (Please email to linda.hoy@sympatico.ca)
Coaches & Officials Meeting:	Will be held at 8:30 am in the Officials Meeting Room (upstairs)
Scratches:	Coaches are requested to make scratches no later than 30 minutes before the start of the event. To avoid confusion, only the coach may scratch a swimmer from an event. Please indicate the applicable event number (s) on the scratch sheet.
Program:	Warm-ups will start at 8:00 am Coaches Meeting at 8:30 Pool will be cleared at 8:45 am Marshalling for event 1 at 8:45 am Opening ceremonies at 8:55 am We will break for lunch
Lunch:	Lunch is provided for all officials at assigned break time. Snack bar will be set up in the Scout Hut adjoining the Pool. Spectators and swimmers are asked to bring all coolers and any food to the Scout Hut.
Special Note:	We require all street shoes to be removed before entering the pool deck. Please inform all parents. No food or beverages, other than water are allowed on the pool deck. Spectators will be allowed on deck at 8:30 am.
