25 Yard – 6 lane pool, with viewing gallery.
Location: St. Denis Centre, University of Windsor

Rules: Swimming/Natation Canada and S.E.A.L. 2006-2007 rules.
Approved by Swim Ontario.
All events are timed finals.
Age determined as of meet date.
FINA one start rule in effect.
Participation: All swimmers must be registered with Swim Ontario.
Awards: Ribbons awarded for 1st to 6th in all events, plus heat winners.
Entries: Preferred method is via Hy-Tek.
Meet file is provided by e-mail, or contact club office at windsorswim@yahoo.ca. Entries may also be made on entry grids provided in this package. Ensure you use yard times if you use the entry grid.

Entries due by: Wednesday, December 6,2006 at 6:00 p.m.
Scratches: Immediately report all scratches, in writing, to Marshalling area upon arrival at the meet.
Marshalling: Will be done on deck (by the diving board area).
Lunch: Food and beverages are no longer available for purchase in the St. Denis Centre.
Lunch will be provided for officials and coaches in the Officials Room.
Officials: Volunteers are always welcome, please check in with the Meet Manager upon arrival.
Warm-ups: No unauthorized diving allowed during warm-ups.
Use feet first ‘slip-in’ method.
Coaches are monitor their swimmers. Any swimmer violating this rule will be reported to the Referee who shall deal with the infraction under rule SW 2.1.1.
All lanes will be used as sprint (one way only) lanes during the final fifteen (15) minutes of warm-ups.
Behavior: Team coaches and chaperones are responsible for their swimmer’s behavior in the change rooms, on the deck, and all other areas of the facility.
Swimmers found in areas which are off limits or behaving in a destructive or inappropriate manner will be scratched from the remainder of the meet.
Food is not allowed on deck. Please ensure all garbage is placed in the appropriate receptacles and not left in viewing areas/gallery.
