Competitive Program
Where does your
swimmer belong?
Windsor Aquatic Club
offers a 'SEARS™ I Can
Swim' Program for novice swimmers starting at the
age of 5 years old. I.C.S.
is a recreational swim program designed for children 5 thru 9 and starts
with instructions in the basics of swimming then progresses though various
skills and technical levels. The next I Can
Swim Assessment days are scheduled for late
March/early April at the Adie Knox Herman Recreation Complex Pool which is
located at 1551 Wyandotte
Street West in Windsor. This assessment takes
approximately 15 minutes, while one our coaching staff watches your child
swim and determines which 'stage' of our program your swimmer fits into.
(NOTE: ICS
Stages are NOT the same as Aqua Quest levels.)
The Windsor Aquatic
Club Competitive Program offers Junior,
Age Group, TAG, Senior and Teen / Pay As You Go programs
and is designed for swimmers that want to go beyond the recreational level
and want to swim competitively, while continuing to develop their swim skills
and techniques in a team environment. The club also offers a Two Week Free Trial program
during the entire swim season. This allows our certified coaches, at
all pools, the time needed to evaluate your skills and determine the
appropriate level of training. This trial period also allows your
family the opportunity to determine whether the schedule will fit your
lifestyle prior to making any financial commitment to the club. The Two Week Free Trial program is
for the competitive program ONLY and does not include the Teen /Pay As You
Go program.

Teen / Pay As You
Go
Teen swimmers purchase
a card for $100.00 that entitles them to 20 hours of coaching, any time
during the week and can be renewed as often as desired. Teens will swim at the level of the
swimmer's expertise with the appropriate WAC swim level and with that swim
level's coach. (A qualified coach will assess the swimmer to determine the
appropriate level of training.) This program requires an annual
registration fee of $35.00.
Please Note: The Two Week Free Trial program does
not apply to the Teen program. There are no refunds for unused, lost
or stolen cards.

What’s
the right level for you?
We invite you to join us and jump in the water - free of charge! Our
coaching staff will gladly let you swim and train with them for a two week
period (Junior to Senior programs only) while they assess your skill level
in order to ensure that you are placed within the appropriate group.
The WAC I Can Swim
program offers five 'stages' of practice with swimmers being placed
according to their skill level. A free single swim evaluation by our
