Intro Group Details

The mission of this group is to offer you an introduction to a first class competitive swimming development program. This program will teach the basics of propulsion in the four competitive strokes, the racing starts and turns, and develop stamina. Group sessions are designed to create a fun team atmosphere. Once a sufficient level of proficiency is reached, advancement into a more competitive group will be suggested by the coach. This group is for swimmers age 5 and over and swims 1 hours per week.

Note: You may sign up for one 11 week session at a time.
